This one-day practical course will teach you how to master the art of video-making and harness the power of YouTube for your message.
It will be taught with hands-on exercises, case studies, and practical shooting of video with mentoring and feedback from one of Ireland's leading video producers.

Jack Murray is one of Ireland’s leading communications experts. He is the Managing Director of Mediacontact.ie, publisher of the Irish Media Contacts Directory, and of the public relations firm JMedia. Jack has over 12 years experience in marketing, journalism, and media relations. A former spokesperson for Irish political party the Progressive Democrats (1999 to 2002), Murray also worked as a government advisor.
He formed the public relations consultancy Jmedia (www.jmedia.ie) in 2003 to specialise in media relations, media training and public affairs. JMedia lists many well-known clients. In 2005 JMedia won the Public Relations Institute of Ireland's award for Best Corporate Communications, for a campaign for Kingspan Century.
In 2006 he purchased the Irish Media Contacts Directory - the definitive Guide to the media in Ireland. Over the last two years he has moulded the Directory into Mediacontact.ie, a media publishing and jobs portal that acts as an information hub for media services in Ireland.
Jack holds a business degree from the University of Limerick and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and the Marketing Institute of Ireland. In January 2007 he was appointed to the Board of the National Cancer Screening Service for Ireland by Minister for Health Mary Harney.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 21 days prior to the conference. An admin fee of €75 + VAT will be charged for all cancellations, to be deducted from any refund or invoice. No cancellations can be made within 20 days of the course but a replacement delegate can be nominated. No delegate is permitted to attend without prior payment being made. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
