National Media Awards 2009

The closing date for entries for the 2009 National Media Awards is fast approaching with the last date for submission being the 24th of April. The awards will recognise excellence in journalism and are open to all media, including print, radio, television and online journalism.

Interested applicants should submit their best piece of journalism that was published, broadcast or posted online in 2008.

There are 14 categories including business journalist, sports journalist and commentary/analysis journalist. A full list of categories and details on entering can be found from the website: www.nationalmediaawards.ie
