McConnells scoops marketing award for Mini Clubman

McConnells Fusion has won a prestigious award at the IMC European Awards 2008 for the launch campaign for Mini Clubman, 'The Other Mini'. The agency was awarded a Bronze in the most contested category, Integrated Communication. Nominated campaigns came from 34 agencies in 8 countries, with over 130 entries being judged online by 60 senior industry judges, over a 6-week period.

McConnells Fusion was the only Irish agency to be nominated for an award. Collectively, Dutch agencies performed best, taking 21 of the nominations, followed by the UK with 16, Belgium 10, Italy 4, Spain 2 and Austria, Ireland & Greece 1 each.

'The Other Mini' campaign has already won two awards: Gold & Category Winner for 'Best Use of Experiential Marketing' and Silver for 'Best Integrated Promotional Campaign' at the 2008 APMC Awards.
