Hobbs and O'Dowd for PRII conference

The annual Public Relations Institute of Ireland conference takes place on May 12th. Speakers include Eddie Hobbs and Niall O'Dowd, founder of the Irish Voice newspaper in the United States.

O'Dowd will speak about lessons in political PR from the Barack Obama presidential campaign. McCann Erickson managing director Orlaith Blaney and Jane Ryder of the Food Safety Authority will also address the conference. Ryder will speak on the well-organised handling of Irish pork products during the dioxin scare last December. Visit www.prii.ie for more details.
