Facebook passes the 1m mark in Ireland

Statics from Mulley Communications, the Cork-based social media experts, shows that there are now 1,010,980 users of Facebook living in Ireland.
The statistics show that the number of users of Facebook in ireland has doubled in the last six months.
67% of Irish Facebook users are 5 and older, 44% are 30 and older and 14% are 40 and older. For full details of the statistics click here.
Damien Mulley, managing director of Mulley Communications, suggests that if you want to do business with any Irish person that uses the web you need to seriously consider going to where your customers are, and this is Facebook.
