Marketing finalists chosen

Four finalists have been selected for this year's Marketer of the Year award, which is organised by Marketing.ie magazine and sponsored by Alternatives.

The finalists are Damian Devaney, marketing director of 02 Ireland, Nicky Doran, head of marketing with Bord Gáis Energy, John Noonan, sales and marketing director of Flahavans, and Enda Saul, programmes and communications manager of the Crisis Pregnancy Agency.

Michael Cullen of Marketing.ie said candidates would be judged on criteria such as the marketing challenge faced, key aims and objectives, strategy adopted and its implications for the business, key consumer insights and actions taken and tactics used. The winner will be announced on Thursday.
