Mediacontact.ie is hosting a conference on the subject of social media entitled PR, Social Networking and Blogging in Practice in the Guinness Storehouse on 21st April.

This conference is your opportunity to learn all you need to know about the phenomenon of social media and how to use it successfully as part of a good communications strategy. (See here http://www.mediacontact.ie/details-news-68.html for a list of organisations booked so far).

We have a fantastic line-up of speakers presenting on the day, who will be giving their own experienced and informed opinions on how you can integrate social media in a practical way into your public relations plan.

There will also be a panel of industry experts to take your questions and discuss the key issues facing bloggers, such as what works and what doesn't, and what the future holds for blogging.

Tony Bilsborough of Cadbury Schweppes will demonstrate the power of social networking and the benefits of listening to your audience with their relaunch of Wispa - because of a Facebook campaign.
