Introduction
This module is the cliff notes, the crib sheets, and the bullet-pointed digital marketing class.
YouTube recently moved maximum video length from 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Andy Warhol guaranteed us all 15 minutes of fame. What can you do though in 15 minutes? One quarter of an hour. 900 seconds.
Counting down from a 15 minute timer, Damien Mulley will show you how to make a single change to your digital marketing plan that will make your marketing more efficient.
Then he'll do it again. And again. A whole class of 15 minute segments.
Perfect for those who want an overview of digital marketing. Perfect for those who only have fifteen minutes a week to work on digital marketing. Perfect for those with short attention spans. Perfect for those with short attention spans.
This class will also have a coffee break. For 15 minutes.
"15 mins One change" contains 15 characters.

Damien Mulley owns Cork based Mulley Communications and teaches organisations and enterprises how to communicate amongst themselves and with the greater world. Introduction
Design Thinking is a process used by many designers to stimulate creativity and develop new and innovative brands, products and services.
Analysis and rational thinking will only get you so far in business and communication.
If you want to develop fresh ideas and open up new opportunities you need to think beyond rational solutions and start feeling what they could be.
Companies like Apple, IKEA and Nike have built global brands by using the design process to create great products and communications that emotionally connect with their customers. These companies understand the power of things you can feel but not touch. They are prepared to move beyond conventional wisdom to invent something new. So, how do they do it?
This workshop introduces you to the process of Design Thinking and takes you through the simple steps involved. It is focused on opening participants up to their own creative potential and the opportunities for creativity within their business, and as such will be highly interactive.
You will learn how to:
– use design as a process to harness your team/organisation’s potential
– to look and listen for new ideas
– to brainstorm and find inspiration in unexpected places – develop new ideas and cross-pollinate others – create an environment for creativity within your team or organisation
