EP this week: votes on project bonds, ACTA and tachographs

MEPs will consider a number of proposals to encourage growth this week, including project bonds to fund major infrastructure works in Europe. Several committees will give their opinions on the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA )and Mario Draghi will be in the EP in his role as head of the European Systemic Risk Board, an independent body responsible for assessing and preventing potential risks to financial stability in the EU.
