High Court refuses Ryanair injunction application

The High Court has today (Tuesday) refused an application by Ryanair for an interlocutory injunction against the Irish Airline Pilots’ Association (IALPA) over the use of a photograph of a Ryanair-branded aircraft on the IALPA website. The High Court decision means that IALPA will not be required to remove the image from its website before the substantive hearing takes place in the High Court. IALPA welcomes the court's decision and said it looked forward to bringing the matter to a conclusion at the next stage of the legal process.
