Irish Premature Babies Releases

A ladies afternoon of leisure with both beauty and edible treats are in store at Irish Premature Babies afternoon tea in Finnstown Country House Hotel, Lucan on Sunday 8^th July. The afternoon promises to be fun filled and the ultimate ladies time out with a lot more than tea. It is the perfect opportunity for friends, mothers, daughters and sisters to enjoy some delicious treats while at the same time helping the charity. Relax in the fabulous and opulent surroundings that is Finnstown House, and use a Sunday afternoon they way it was originally intended in this eloquent and tranquil setting– pampering and beautifying oneself.

Confirmed attendees on the day include fabulous photography from Fantastic Photography, The Stiletto Store, Indian Head Massages and manicures,  Fisholine from Willows Health with a new cellulite treatment to Ireland & sponsors of TV3 Dublin Housewives show to name but a few.Raffle prizes on the day include Make up course from Fuschia make up worth 150euro, prizes from Vita Liberata Organic Tan, A voucher from The Stiletto Store and many more!

Chairperson Allison Fegan Molloy states that “our charity depends on peoples good wishes and donations and we are delighted to be able to fundraise through this hard time and be able to give people something back as well. All the proceeds from this event will go to helping Ireland sickest little babies who were born prematurely,by contributing to various initiatives and goals that we are working to at the moment.”

Irish Premature Babies represents the 4,500 Irish families affected annually by premature meaning that one in sixteen women will have a premature baby. Over 500 babies will die in Ireland resulting from either a stillborn or Neonatal death every year.

We are Ireland's only charity that looks after the families of these very special babies, and we also help and purchase vital life saving equipment for the Intensive Care Units and increase awareness of the wonderful work that do saving thousands of babies every year. Services given are family support, counselling, fund raising, raising awareness and the latest aim is to raise money for much needed parental accommodation.  

Irish Premature Babies is advocating for and practically assisting parents who are going through very difficult times with their little ones with work being done on ground level but also trying to instigate change at a National and European level.
